A deposit isn’t required.
There is no event room fee with the purchase of a taco bar. If guests order from the menu, a service fee of $100 applies for 1-30 people and $200 for 31-60 people.
Our arcades are committed to providing a welcoming environment for all guests. While we are pleased to offer reserved spaces for private parties, please note that when you book an event in the arcade space, your group will have a designated area to enjoy with access to all games. However, the entire arcade will remain accessible to other guests during your event, ensuring everyone can partake in the experience. For more details, please reach out to events@sessiontaco.com.
Kirkwood: There is a minimum of $500 for food and beverages after 6 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and a minimum of $2,000 for food and beverages on Friday and Saturday.
St. Charles: There is a minimum of $500 for food and beverages after 6 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and a minimum of $2,000 for food and beverages on Friday and Saturday.
Town and Country: There isn’t a food and beverage minimum requirement for the arcade space.
Yes! You can bring desserts to your event.
Decorations are allowed on dining tables and at the taco bar, and select items can be hung on walls. Please note only painter’s tape may be used for hanging decorations. Glitter and confetti are not allowed. You can arrive one hour before your event to set up your decorations.
